Dressing:

Olive Oil

Red Wine Vinegar

Fresh Oregano
Finely Snipped

Minced Garlic

Coarsely Ground Pepper
Garnish:

cup
Olives
Calamata

(4 oz) pkg
Crumbled Feta Cheese
Instructions
Prepare Romaine lettuce, red onion and tomato, toss and chill.
Combine all dressing ingredients, whisk and pour over lettuce, mix and toss.
Garnish with olives and Feta cheese.
