As a GAF Master Elite Roofing Contractor, Western Products is proud to offer something that most contractors cannot— GAF’s Golden Pledge® Limited Lifetime* Warranty! In fact, less than 2% of roofing contractors can wear the GAF Master Elite badge. Every GAF Master Elite roofing contractor must show that they are insured, licensed by their state, and also properly trained to install GAF products. Beyond certification, the contractors must also be established in their community with a reputable history of roofing installation.
GAF’s Golden Pledge® warranty increases the 100% coverage period against manufacturing defects from 10 years to 50 years. It also covers tear-off and disposal costs. Best of all, this pledge offers between 20 and 30 years of coverage—depending on what shingles are selected—against errors in the application of your GAF shingles and accessories, as well as covered flashings that might have been made during the original installation of your roof.
Complete Coverage
When Western Products installs a qualifying GAF shingle, the basic GAF Shingle & Accessory Limited Warranty provides a Lifetime Limited* warranty term for the shingles. And, when we install a qualifying GAF shingle with at least three qualifying accessory products, you will be automatically covered by the GAF Roofing System Limited* Warranty. This also provides Lifetime* coverage for your qualifying accessory products.
WindProven™ Warranty
Timberline® shingles from GAF are eligible for an industry first: a wind warranty with no maximum wind speed limitation!* This is made possible thanks to their patented LayerLock™ Technology. Strengthening the bond between your shingles, this feature allows for exceptional wind uplift performance. When you install qualifying shingles, plus four required accessory products, you can rest assured your home and investment are protected by the industry-leading WindProven™ Limited Wind Warranty.

A Lifetime of Security
In terms of GAF’s warranty through Western Products, “Lifetime” means as long as the original owner(s), or the second owner(s) in certain circumstances, owns the single-family, detached residence where the shingles and qualifying accessories are installed. The Lifetime* warranty term also comes with 10 years of 100% coverage, during which GAF will provide any replacement GAF products necessary to repair your roof due to a manufacturing defect. GAF will also pay the reasonable cost to install them*. Of course, this warranty can be transferred one time, to the next homeowner, at no additional cost.
With the GAF Roofing System Limited* Warranty, after 10 years, replacement materials and installation labor will be pro-rated.
