Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 5-6 lbs Potatoes
- 1/4 lb Butter
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- Cream or Milk If necessary
Instructions
- Cook potatoes in salt water.
- Drain and mash.
- Add butter, sour cream, cream cheese and cream or milk, if necessary.
- Place in a buttered casserole bowl and refrigerate.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
