Crock Pot Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter
- 2 cup Onion Chopped
- 2 cup Celery Chopped
- 1/4 cup Parsley Sprigs
- 2 (4 oz) can Sliced Mushrooms Drained
- 12-13 cup Dry Bread Cubes
- 1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1-1/2 tsp Sage
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Marjoram
- 2 cup Chicken Broth Maybe 2-1/2 cups
- 2 Eggs Beaten
Instructions
- Melt butter and saute onion, celery, parsley and mushrooms.
- Pour over bread cubes.
- Add all seasonings and toss well.
- Pour enough broth to moisten.
- Add eggs, mix well.
- Pack lightly in crock pot.
- Cover.
- Cook on high 45 minutes.
- Reduce to low 4-8 hours.
