Crispy Scalloped Corn

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs Slightly Beaten
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Onion Diced
- 2 slice (2 cups) Cubed Bread
- 1 cup Rice Krispies Cereal
- 3 tbsp Butter or Margarine
Instructions
- Combine eggs with milk.
- Pour into a 10x6x2-inch baking dish.
- Add remaining ingredients except cereal and butter.
- Combine slightly crushed cereal and butter.
- Sprinkle over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
- Enjoy!
