Crispy Scalloped Corn

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs Slightly Beaten
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Onion Diced
  • 2 slice (2 cups) Cubed Bread
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 3 tbsp Butter or Margarine

Instructions
 

  • Combine eggs with milk.
  • Pour into a 10x6x2-inch baking dish.
  • Add remaining ingredients except cereal and butter.
  • Combine slightly crushed cereal and butter.
  • Sprinkle over top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
