Greek Salad

Ingredients
  

Salad:

  • 8 cup Torn Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Small Red Onion
  • 1 Medium Tomato or 5-6 Smaller Roma Tomatoes

Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Oregano Finely Snipped
  • 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Coarsely Ground Pepper

Garnish:

  • 1/2 cup Olives Calamata
  • 1 (4 oz) pkg Crumbled Feta Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Romaine lettuce, red onion and tomato, toss and chill.
  • Combine all dressing ingredients, whisk and pour over lettuce, mix and toss.
  • Garnish with olives and Feta cheese.
