Ingredients
Salad:
- 8 cup Torn Romaine Lettuce
- 1 Small Red Onion
- 1 Medium Tomato or 5-6 Smaller Roma Tomatoes
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Fresh Oregano Finely Snipped
- 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Coarsely Ground Pepper
Garnish:
- 1/2 cup Olives Calamata
- 1 (4 oz) pkg Crumbled Feta Cheese
Instructions
- Prepare Romaine lettuce, red onion and tomato, toss and chill.
- Combine all dressing ingredients, whisk and pour over lettuce, mix and toss.
- Garnish with olives and Feta cheese.
