Barbecued Short Ribs

Ingredients
- Beef Short Ribs
- 5 tbsp Flour
- 1-1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
SAUCE
- 1/3 c Catsup
- 1-1/2 tsp Prepared Mustard
- 2 tsp Kitchen Bouquet
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
Instructions
- Brown ribs that have been cut in pieces. Roll them in flour, salt, garlic powder, pepper and oil. Put in large casserole. SAUCE: Mix ingredients together and pour over ribs. Bake 2 hours in 350-degree oven. I would use 4 lbs. ribs and make 3 batches of sauce.
