CAKE: Grease 9×13-inch pan. Cream together eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla. Add apples. Add flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Stir together. Add walnuts. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350-degrees. SAUCE: Bring butter, brown sugar, white sugar and half-and-half to boil. Pour over slices of cake.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg and chocolate chips. Fix cupcake papers half full with cake mix. Drop a spoonful of cream cheese mixture into cake mix. Cover with more cake mix. Bake as per cake mix instructions.
Line a 9×12-inch cake pan with pie crust. Slice apples to fill half full. Mix half-and-half, sugar and eggs, pour over the apples. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg or cinnamon. Bake at 350-degrees for 1-1/2 hours or until it thickens.
CAKE: Mix together cake mix and oranges. Add eggs and oil. Bake at 350 degrees in 9×13-in pan. FROSTING: Mix pudding in pineapple and fold in cool whip. Frost cooled cake. Freezes well.
