Apple Dump Cake with Caramel Sauce

Ingredients
CAKE
- 2 Eggs Well-Beaten
- 2 c Sugar
- 1/2 c Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 6 Apples Grated
- 2 c Flour
- 2 tsp Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c Walnuts Chopped
SAUCE
- 1/2 c Butter
- 1/2 c Brown Sugar
- 1/2 c White Sugar
- 1 c Half-and-Half
Instructions
- CAKE: Grease 9x13-inch pan. Cream together eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla. Add apples. Add flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Stir together. Add walnuts. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350-degrees. SAUCE: Bring butter, brown sugar, white sugar and half-and-half to boil. Pour over slices of cake.
