Ingredients
1st LAYER
- 3/4 c Butter
- 1-1/2 c Flour
- 1/2 c Chopped Walnuts
2nd LAYER
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 c Powdered Sugar
- 1 c Cool Whip
3rd LAYER
- 2 (3 oz) pkgs Instant Lemon Pudding
- 3 c Milk
Instructions
- 1ST LAYER: Blend butter, flour and nuts, press in 9x13-in. pan. Bake 375 degrees for 20 minutes. 2ND LAYER: Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar, add Cool Whip, spread over cooled crust. 3RD LAYER: Mix pudding with milk. Spread over 2nd layer. Spread with remaining Cool Whip.
